One of five a day

Still at sea

There is something poignant about ports, whether making for them or leaving them behind. A recovering sailor, who has never really found his land legs, I keep getting drawn back to them.

Seeing that the storm had cleared, I went for a walk to the Prince of Wales dock after work, expecting to be rewarded with a blip.

Seen here is the Forth Ports PLC office building reflected in the dock waters. It lends such a lot of character to its industrial setting.
