Sleeping on the Job

If I had wanted to buy shoes from this vendor in the market, I would have had to wake him up. These are all secondhand shoes, but most of them are in good condition still.

It's really common to see vendors' eyes dropping shut on the job. I've been shopping for fruit with a friend and we passed by a stand that had the fruit we wanted because the vendor was sleeping. Most of the time it doesn't matter, but when the bus driver's head starts bobbing, I do get a little worried.
