Attennnnnn...chon!!!

I was late for work and happened upon the changing of the guard at Wellington Barracks, which is just down the road from Buckingham Palace.

I think they change the guard at Buckingham Palace at 11am, but if you happen to be around at 9 and dont fancy hanging around (theres nothing really to do at Buckingham Palace except look at its rather bland exterior) then I recommend the short walk to Wellington Barracks. You get a much better view and the sound of the band echoing around the interior and then exterior courtyard is fantastic.

Then they all march out and down the road. Not sure where they go. Maybe another day when Im not so late I will find out. Maybe they form the new guard at the Palace...but it wouldn't take them 2 hours to get there??

Oh well, a mystery for another day.
