Mixed feelings.

I was a student at the UEA - twice - so have mixed feelings about the place. As I do about the architecture - not universally popular, but I admire it's bold lines and solid construction.

The lakes at the UEA are of course a playground for students, dog-walkers, local residents, and people like me who pass by with half an hour to spare in the name of lunch. I had to take the chance to walk around the lake, it was that or return to the office to eat my disappointing sandwich.

I like it here, I used to live nearby, I studied here, and have walked Lil around (and slightly into) the lake numerous times. Nice place to waste a few minutes.
