Tropical Checkered Skipper

My lantana bush had six different types of butterfly gathering pollen today, complete with several types of bee and wasp. It was hard to get a shot of this tiny little skipper, whose wingspan is barely an inch. I even got out my tripod, which I don't really find a great help with butterflies, as they flit, hither and thither, with me waving tripod, in hot pursuit. I think this is about the best of the bunch, although I took so many that I had spots in front of my eyes in the end.
