Old Camera Friend

I've been carrying this Old Friend in my pocket for a couple of years. It is a Canon Powershot SD780 IS Digital Elph. You can see the worn spots on the case. Also there is a dent from being dropped on the sidewalk. It has finally succumbed to dust.

I think that drop hurt it bad because from about that time I started observing dust. Cleaned the lens with alcohol and lens tissue to no avail. Paul at Greg's Camera Shop blasted the lens with canned air for a slight improvement. Canon Service will do an overhaul for about $115, but a replacement costs only $200.
