Over the last few weeks there has been much bleating and baaing from the ewes in the barn nearby. Today the fruits of their noisy labours had their first outing in the field. They raced around together in gangs, charging up the field in one direction and then charging back down again. Doing wee jumps and head butting each other. This little fella made me smile, he had the biggest ears of the bunch.
