Like blue awnings?

There is a rather new development of town homes. They are all outfitted with blue awnings - quite an eye catcher. Some of these units contain a store front on the first floor. The owners generally live in the floors above. There is at least one small restaurant (pub) and a variety of other specialty shops - quite convenient to live and work in the same building. I'm aware this is not a new concept but one quite common across the pond.

I think the larger view works best.
