Walking Meditation.

Samye Ling day 4.

Weather has been terrible, but the company is great and we've had a lovely relaxing weekend doing tai-chi, and guided meditation.

Breakfast at seven. At eight thirty meditational walk around the Stupa, lasting forty five minutes. Coffee and cake in the excellent Tibetan Tea Rooms. Ten o'clock serious warm-up and practice. Tai-chi and Chi-kung. Twelve thirty lunch. Vegetarian, hot and seriously good. Afternoon off.

K took me out to a local open garden one day, and a trip to Lockerbie the next.

Four PM afternoon session. Six PM Tea, a HUGE pot of soup plus left overs from lunch. Eight PM evening session. Ten o'clock head hit pillow and I was out like a light...
