Easter-snow

This morning we had a little snow, which disappeared quite fast. This evening it started to snow again.
I took this picture in the dark at around 23h.
I've tried to get the effect you'll get if you try to zoom while the shutter is open. My camera is not able to do this, so I've got to try another approach.
To do so, I placed the camera on a tripot, with 1.3 sec shuttertime and a dimmed flash. Just after the flash fired, I turned the head of the tripot.
