Was an hour late taking off from Heathrow today, so my entire day's leave was spent in travelling mode, from Tooting in South West London to a warm and fairly muggy Warsaw and its own bonkers afternoon traffic down Zwirki i Wigury into town.

Bags dumped, change of clothes, bike grabbed and straight to Zumba for 75 minutes of exertion, before coming home and chucking a pizza in the oven in an attempt to recover some of those lost calories! Pictures sorted and now bed. Pooped!
