The best antidote to a truly awful day at work is meeting up with fab friends who insist on paying for drinks and dinner - thank you SO MUCH Kelly and Nicole! I have not seen Kelly since 2006 - I have missed her a lot. This blip is one of the many dishes we consumed (all washed down with a Thai white wine) - it was a delish lamb shank curry.
