Razor clams

Like normal clams but long and thin... very tasty.

I remember seeing them on the beach in Scotland as a child. If I'd have known how nice they were then, I would have got even more excited.

This pic may change later if the weather holds out. I am spending the evening in the roof bar of the Trafalgar Hotel. The views are amazing.
