Lunchtime walk...

Normal sort of morning at work.

Went for a lovely walk in the sunshine at lunchtime by the river. On the way back this lorry driver gave me a lovely wave, I always think it is nice when someone waves to you always make you smile.

Had a big clear out at work in the afternoon getting rid of lots of old, not used or out of date leaflets, forms, boxes etc.

Had a nice relaxing evening.
