Disraeli Gears

Nineteenth century Liberal Prime Minister William Gladstone was born in Liverpool but surprisingly that hasn't stopped his arch-rival, Tory Prime Minister Benjamin 'Dizzy' Disraeli, from being commemorated with this statue outside St George's Hall on Lime Street.
