The alleyways of Kathmandu

I spent my final day in Nepal wandering the streets & soaking up the atmosphere. Nepal's a crazy land of contrasts. From utter poverty to a culture so rich in beliefs and traditions. The people are industrious and talented with so many skills that have fallen by the way here in NZ. Amazing, eye opening & overwhelming are just some words that describe this incredible place. Having travelled there has been an awesome experience for me & has given me an insight & perspective into my own life that I would not have otherwise had. That's why I love to travel!
