I really like the organic shapes and curves of this Votive tealight holder.

It's a take on Finnish architect and designer, Alvar Aalto's vase from 1936 - a true example of when great design doesn't date!

Nordic countries have a real tradition of bringing the light and warmth in to the home during the long dark winter months.

Despite the fact we're only 2 days away from the longest day of the year, it's been such a grey day, and I needed a little boost from Iittala!
