Don't Push It, Don't Fawcet

In a long and very boring story that I wont trouble you with, but which reinforced my already negative feelings about plumbers merchants, I have been trying in vain to fit the wrong size valves in my kitchen taps.

However, it seems that taking the old ones out, moving them around the kitchen a little and then putting them back in, seems to work a treat. I think I might report myself to Rogue Traders on the BBC.
