Father's Day

Father's Day started nicely with a card, new polo shirt and a bacon roll and tea. Called my own Dad to catch up, then headed to Leith to take O to Waterworld, where we skeeted down the flumes and jumped the waves. Went shopping for tents, at an outdoor retailer in Granton, ahead of a camping trip to Glencoe next month. Having been inspired by Crunchity's fantastic image of Newhaven, viewed from Leith, I took this shot of the same peninsula, but looking eastward from Granton. Haven't quite managed the senerity of my blip-pal. Father-in-law took us for dinner tonight, and hopefully the day will be capped off with a fantastic US Open Golf win by a fellow Northern Irishman...
