Had and early morning walk at the beach. The tide was out so we walked the causeway to Cramond island in the Firth of Forth. Dudley loved it.

We watched a film last night about human senses like smell and taste etc. It made me think about my awareness of these things. This morning was great, I could hear the seaweed popping the birds on the island singing, the sea lapping on the rocks and smell the wet grass and the the seaweed Normally it's so windy out on the island the wind is all you can hear, but not today.

Today was a gift.
