Who got the date wrong?

Casca took this pic today, but when it came the date showed June 19, which was yesterday!!
He wrote:

John and Mary,
I went to CHIMWEMWE KAZANDO this morning I found one caregiver with 30 children .
I helped her to play with children in groups and this is the activities which I did with them,
songs both outside songs and inside songs, colours, counting numbers and I went with Duncan to see the well which they dig.
Note
Duncan forgot in his report to tell John that the traffic policeman had told him that he can't to carry pipes on his bike any longer failing which he will be arrested.
Wouldn't that make anyone's day.
