Moving Crew

These men are retirees, volunteering their time as movers, picking up donations for the Golden Goose Thrift Shop. Today they are picking up our almost new sleeper sofa that we have decided to donate, as we convert our second bedroom from a sitting-sleeping room to a regular bedroom. The Golden Goose will sell this item as used. Earnings from the Golden Goose go to support Two Food Banks, a Clothing Bank, a Senior Nutrition Program, ESL Classes, Youth Programs, the Kid's Closet, Tutoring, Scholarships, and Summer Enrichment programs. These Activities are operated by volunteers. Some people just can't retire. The movers had all the necessary muscles and equipment to do the job efficiently.
