Canals

Travel is weird. I left Singapore last night at 8pm, arrived in Sydney at 6.50am, departed at 9am, then arrived in Christchurch at 3pm.

I caught a taxi home then jumped in the car with the family and the pop-top caper and drove to Wanaka, another 5 hours of travel;. Needless to say, a little buggered by the time I got there given the 1 hour of sleep on the plane.

But worth it, I went from a city with 4 million people to a town of a few thousand, and drove thru my favourite place on earth enroute. The Mackenzie.
