A Time For Reflection

Was in the Westminster area today and mingled with the tourists shooting everything in sight but decided on a slightly different take on Westminster Tower by shooting it via a window in HM Treasury building on Whitehall so this shot was actually taken at 4:37pm and not 7:23pm as the photo looks.
