Sold!

Grade II listed building, The Lodge, former gatehouse at the entrance to our local park.
It hasn't been lived in for about 7 years, consequently it has suffered at the hands of vandals, they have stripped the roof, wiring, piping, floor boards, even the gas meter has gone! The leaded windows are smashed and cracks are appearing in the walls. It has been estimated it needs about £200,000 to put it right!
It was sold at auction last week - how much would you pay?
