Fungus sp

If anyone can ID this please do.
Probably hard to get an idea of size, this was taken at closest focus on a 105 nikon micro. And cropped in, - point is- very small. There was a sea of this soft pink colour growing on pruned off avocado branches next door, never seen it like this. So getting in close you can see these tiny heads joining up with each other. Another way to look at it, this living community is recycling the nutrient that will grow food for you next year.
