First jam making experience

When friends come to visit they are always put to work. Sometimes it is gardening, stripping wall paper or knocking down walls. We use and abuse each individual talent.

So, we have spent the day picking cherries and making all manner of stuff. Cherry jam, cherries in rum, cherry brandy and sweet cherry sauce.

We have managed to picked 7kgs of cherries and left a few kgs for the birds.
