Trois points

School sports day not Speedies kind of sport more of a potted team game version but fun for the masses. Weather forecast was not good so we were glad to actually get started.

Speedies team was Colonsay and had to wear red T shirts - one form each year group did the games with first to sit down winners and 4 points, 2nd 3 points etc.

Great disappointment when a drop of rain came on and a teacher decided to end the afternoon of fun early missing out on the tug of war and the relay - lots of upset kids as they had had to run off and qualify for the relay and 50 points were on for the winners!

Bit of a damp squid and the rain didn't even come to anything don't these teachers know that skin is waterproof!

Oh well he came home later to say they will finish it off tomorrow weather permitting - not quite the same - if they can run them cross country in the snow what harm a little rain?
