Fading Deco

This is in Katoomba, the biggest and busiest town in the Blue Mountains, which never quite manages to sparkle.

In its heyday this was a thriving cinema and the locals and tourists alike would have all gone to 'the pictures' to take in a couple of cartoons, a couple of serials, a long intermission with some Maltesers and a few ciggies and then the fab feature.

Sadly it's now just another outlet for poor quality clothing from China.
