What The F Stop?

A little camera joke for you there.

I have no idea what's going on here. I spotted this on a morning walk through the neighborhood. It's either replacing a perfectly good sign with a newer model. See the obvious improvements? Or, it's an attempt to be more emphatic about the need to come to a complete stop before proceeding through this particularly treacherous (not) intersection. At any rate, it had me scratching my head (and thinking blip).

We had some pretty good rain showers move through late in the day. After they passed I got in 9 holes of golf. I was kicking myself for forgetting the camera because the skies were spectacular. Hence, you get double stops.
