A Taxing Issue

The weather since I left work has been foul (again) so no photo opportunities were available to me. Need to get my creative cells working and thought about this bundle of tax discs that revealed themselves when the holder fell off the windscreen of the car. No wonder: it had turned into a filing cabinet with every tax disc since we bought the car in September 1999.

The car, a red Ford Mondeo 1.8 LX is still going well and may feature on this site at some stage in the future. For now I am able to reflect on the fact that these bits of paper plus the one that is still on the car have cost me £2065.
