Strawberry cupcakes :)

Unintentional this is proving to be quite a foodie blogie thingy :) which is fine by me.

After a visit to town (to purchase a new washing basket, yes I am that trendy) I decided that baking would be a good idea. And what should you bake in June....
MINCE PIES...
Yes. Why not?
Ok so I didn't bake mince pies. But I will. I went and bought some mince meat and no doubt a picture will follow once I've done them.

So far we've already had two and they have been described by my partner as "the best thing you've ever made"

Let's see what happens with the mince pies in a few days
