The Moon woke me this early morning.
Streaming in my window, onto my face.
Balsamic crescent degrees away from Jupiter.
I rose.
Went out into the yard for a while and sat.
Birds in early morning song joined me,
While morning sky continued to brighten,
I mediated.
Bringing my mind to what I would expand
to grow larger in my life
in beauty, in pleasures, in optimum delightfulness.

Now I ready for my walk.
