My wee brother was up from Manchester for the weekend. He was telling the family that he's just renewed his car insurance and obviously he had to inform them his address had changed. He was paying around £400 up here but was told his insurance for living in Manchester will now be £1100! I'm guessing this was a similar look he had on his face when he saw the figure.
