BOOOYAHHH!!!

Today's Adventure ... 100 miles, over the boarder, wind, mountains, oh annnnd 3rd place!!! ...

Finishing a 100 mile relay race from Cardston Alberta to East Glacier Montana. The team did amazing and we finished in 3rd place. It was an exciting finish to fight for third - back and forth with another team all day, they had a 5 min jump on us for the last leg. They made me run 4 7 min miles to cross the finish line with 30 feet to spare. It was a true team effort and I am proud of the whole gang!!!

100 miles over 2500 ele gain and an average mile of 8.5 mph
