Other folks in line at the Wat Mongkolratanaram Thai Temple in Berkeley for their Sunday brunch offerings. Traded dollars for tokens, tokens for heaps of food, and ate in the sunshine on long tables behind the house-turned-temple in our neighborhood.

The rest of the day was largely spent studying, a less than perfectly romantic anniversary celebration, but the reality of 12 years of marriage.
