HELP

Can anyone out there help me as to what this is.

The flower head is 2 inches across and it grows to about 3 - 4 foot high, it is very invasive, it has small leaves alternately placed up the stem with quite large braod leaves around the base.

No scent....

Unlike my little bitch who absolutely stinks today, I have bathed her and rinsed her with rosemary water...still she stinks, worse is the fact that she thinks I'm in need of a cuddle.
