I Scream

Noticed this neon sign on the way home tonight. It seemed boring so...

I more or less cut it out in Photoshop and put it on a black background.

I applied the Mehdi Kaleidoscope (plugin) filter to it.

I applied a Paint Shop Pro Spherize filter (elliptical) to the kaleidoscope.

I did something that I don't quite remember with blending modes in Photoshop that I think involved exclusion.

And then I put the original sign on top of the whole thing.
