It's a hard life!

Meet Yoda, our pet tortoise. He has had a hard day outside in his tortoise run, walking, eating and sleeping. Unfortunately there was a big downpour today where he would have had to peg it inside his hide to shelter. When I got home I brought him in and he had a warm bath and cuddle then back in his inside home. As you can see with the big yawn, it's a hard life.

They are lovely, fantastic pets with loads of personality. Yoda is a Herman tortoise and about 4 years old now. He hasn't developed his shell enough yet to let us know if he is male or female so Yoda could be Yodine. Should become obvious in the next year.
