A very different day ... wearing my other hat ... a trustee of the local hospice ... a conference about the future of end of life ... learnt so much ...

The meeting was at Crawley Leisure Centre ... amazing facilities ... wandered down to the track ... reminsced about my junior athletics days ... wanted to do some training for my "try a tri" in three weeks ...
