More rain...

Another showery day...

I ended up doing my own mini triathlon this morning...started off by going for a wee run...2 miles...our boiler is broken so I cycled to the gym to shower...seeing as I was there I went for a swim...1250m...rewarded myself with 20 minutes in the sauna & steam room:-)...then cycled back to the station to catch the 08hr07...cycling all in about 4 miles.

This shot was on the way home...caught the 20hr03 home...almost 12 hours between my journeys. Shower had stopped by the time the train reached Stirling so I did get up the road dry.
