Park Life

Steve demoing for us at The Space, Uprising @ North Berwick after a morning of hack and slash in the garden in blazing sunshine. The old factory is coming together as a youth facility, walking in to find this perfectly sculpted skatepark is amazing. This section is sheeted and ready to roll, so the guys gave us a demo as a "thankyou" for our gardening. Dotty hadn't seen skating before so it was a real treat. You can just about make Dotty out, standing on the ramp in the background.

There were a fantastic bunch of people pulling together today, including Claire who was "very Claire" and just about knocked Dotty over with her bubbly welcome.

I also came away with a sink, but that's another story.
