Love in the morning light.

Just a hurried picture from me this morning because I need some advice. I'm trying out a lens I have borrowed from somebody, there is fungus in the lens.
Can you see it on this picture? Is it worth buying the lens and getting it fixed or is it hopeless once fungus gets inside? I'm a bit clueless when it comes to this so any advice taken gladly.
