Onions

In my first blip, I said garlic was my favourite ingredient in almost any dish. Well, it's very closely followed by onion. Actually, I think they both go very well together and they are an internal part of my everyday cooking.

I also like photographing them both; no two onions ever look exactly the same and I think some flaws or imperfections always make them look a lot more interesting.
