Rum Cullin

Sunday meant no ferry so after a leisurely breakfast of porridge with wild raspberrys we went up Barkeval, one of the Rum Cullin at just under 2000ft also the lowest peak in the range but seeing as we are camped on the beach we climbed every one of of its 1939ft. This is the view across Atlanatic Corrie at the peaks of Hallival (2371ft) and Askival (2633ft) to the left you can just see the start of the ridge that leads up to the summit of Trollaval the last peak in the circuit. This will be our last day on Rum, off to Eigg tomorrow.
