'Billy'

Whom I haven't seen since nineteen canteen (1993 approximately). I thought it wasn't that long ago - it's actually nearly 20 years. He was a punk, I was a innocent wee lass from the country, who fell for his best mate. He put up with my drunken sobbing whenever we split up.

I went out to have a scout around his beautiful new garden (to give advice) and to meet his even more beautiful family.

He was as lovely today as he ever was and made me the best rare roast beef, horseradish and salad sandwich ever.
