It has rained constantly all day, actually I suppose it has rained across the whole of the UK so we're not that special. The effect of course is that I've not gone out of the house but on the plus side it did mean that I got some writing and reading done.

We also had a visit from our friend and neighbour Christine who has recently returned from a visit to London full of exciting stories.
