Skin Blemishes

One of the curses of growing up in a sunny climate with fair skin: I have lots of freckles and several moles that need to be checked regularly. Last time I went to the doctor she found a suspect blemish on my shoulder and a mole on my side that needed removing. So I went along today and had them cut out with a bit of local anaesthetic. Not the most fun I have ever had but it needed to be done. The one on my shoulder was the most cause for concern and I was amazed at how much the doctor cut out of me.

Hopefully they come back from pathology all clear. Till then, no heavy lifting for a week and some stitches to remove in 10 days.
