past this nearly every day. Actually, I stop and read it nearly every day - it's on the way to my favourite cafe. Today I took a snap. I like the sentiments expressed here and I think it always puts me in a good mood (a coffee tops off the mood). Freo is full of little bits of pavement art but this is one of the best - bits of shell, broken mug or something. Somebody put a lot of effort into this.
