Surveying the Internet

Seemingly, every six months someone launches a survey of all the bundles of wires and lines that run below Fort Worth streets and sidewalks. No sooner than construction is finished, the surveyors are out painting arrows and coded messages on the streets. Soon after the road is sliced up again for a new/better/different set of bundles. I know this is progress, but is to believe what they hear on Fox News, the private sector is the most efficient. If this is efficiency, we all better watch out.

EDIT I was told that these guys are doing some sort of seismic registry lines. Since we pump out so much gas and oil and put water in places is wasn't, our area has experience increase number of temblors.
